The Friendship Movie Cars
A couple of weeks ago all of the 6/7′s watched the movie ‘Cars’ to teach us the difference between being a good friend and trying to be popular.
At the begining of the movie Lightning McQueen was very stuck up and care about anyone but himself. Later in the movie he got lost and ended up in Radiator Springs. Lightning McQueen met some really friendly cars who started to teach him how to become a better friend. He learnt that you become more popular and people would start to enjoy his company when he is a better friend.
When I think about my friends these are some words to mind:
Respectful, Trustworthy, Honest, Loyal and Reliable
Another New House :)
Well,, I am in my new house at Acton with my Mum, but now my Dad is building a new house to!
He is building in Sorell with his girlfriend and he reckons we will be in, in about 6 weeks.
I suppose my parents divorcing is actually a pretty good thing in the long run

Well,, You know how I have been telling you about my new house in Acton? Well this weekend I’m moving in. I’m so excited, I can’t wait! The only down side is leaving for school at 7.50 (I’m usually still asleep then) and not being close to my friends ):
I’m still going to the same school so thats a good thing

Parent Teacher Report 2010
My report was actually pretty good. I got either all execllents or goods. My mum and I sat down at home and read it together. She was impressed with the standards but not so much with the comments. They said that I could benefit more from joining in on group disscusions. So I am trying to do my best for the end of year report, I hope it will be better.

Update On The House
My house in Acton is almost finished!
We have got the painting of the walls and the ceiling all done. We have also got all the lights and all of the kitchen. I painted my own feature wall, it is a light purple. My little sisters is a light yellow and my step brothers is a blue-green. All that is left to do now is put down the carpet and put in the appliances. I think we will be in by next month- I hope so!
Meerkats
My favourite animal is a meerkat because they are small like me.

1. They are small animals the dig burrows and tunnels
2. They are not related to cats
3. They live in Africa
4. There is always a male looking out for danger
5. Meerkats are a pale brown with darker stripes on the back
Meerkats live in southern Africa in savannah grassland areas where there is not much rain. They dig burrows in the ground so they choose places where the ground is hard so their tunnels don’t collapse. They shelter in their dens at night. A colony of about 10-20 meerkats will have several burrow each with a number of tunnels over a metre long with a grass-lined chamber at the end.
